Guide for the reduction of telephony costs!
...and I have been studying for years how to close the digital divide and make telecom more affordable, but it has all been in vain... in reality its much more straightforward than you might think! The telecommunications authority of El Salvador suggests that in order for you to reduce the cost of telephony you should:
"...not make unnecessary calls... avoid to talk a lot... avoid that strangers use your phone... be careful with lots of Internet usage... restrict your ability to call mobile phones... do not call directory assistance, use the paper-yellow-pages, etc, etc..."
...why complicate things if you can also keep it simple?! I love it!!!!
